Whew—if you’ve been outside lately, you already know what time it is. Spring is not just here… she showed up with pollen in one hand and no chill in the other. You know it's real when even your car is out here wearing a fresh coat of yellow confusion. Sneezing, itching, watery eyes—it’s like nature is hosting a party and everybody’s invited whether you RSVPed or not.
But in the midst of all this pollen, something powerful is happening. Something that goes way beyond itchy eyes and antihistamines.
Everything is blooming.
And I’m not just talking about the trees and flowers doing the most right now—I’m talking about you, beautiful. Yes, you.
You see, this season of full bloom is more than just a wardrobe change. It’s not just about packing up the heavy coats and pulling out the linen and sandals. Spring is a divine reminder that what was dormant is not dead—it was just preparing to rise up again. Quietly. Steadily. In perfect timing.
Sound familiar?
That’s you.
Maybe you’ve felt overlooked. Maybe you’ve been waiting for things to shift, for something to break through. You’ve been holding on, praying quietly, showing up when no one clapped. Maybe your heart has been heavy even though the sun is shining. But let me tell you something: just like spring, your season of bloom is upon you.
God is doing something on the inside that’s about to show up on the outside. Just like that pollen—it’s undeniable, unavoidable, and affecting everything. That’s how His love is meant to be in your life. Overtaking. Surrounding. Shifting the very atmosphere around you.
And when God’s love begins to bloom in you?
You’ll feel it in the way you carry yourself.
You’ll see it in the way your peace walks into a room before you even speak.
You’ll notice it in the way you stop shrinking to fit spaces you’ve outgrown.
This is your blooming season. Not because everything is perfect, but because God’s love is pushing through the hard soil of your life and bringing forth something beautiful. Right now. Midweek. Mid-mess. Mid-transition.
So if you’re tired—keep going.
If you’re uncertain—keep trusting.
If you’re blooming slower than others—keep growing.
God is not done with your story, and this season isn’t just about flowers in the yard—it’s about the fruit in your life. Let Him plant something deep in you that changes everything.
You may not be able to stop the pollen, but you can open your heart wide and let God do what He does best—bring beauty out of what once looked barren.
You are blooming. Even if it’s quiet. Even if it’s not obvious to everyone else yet.
And just like spring—you will not be ignored.
A Prayer to Keep Blooming:
Lord, thank You for reminding me that seasons change, but Your love never does. Let Your love overtake every dry, tired, or hidden part of me. Help me to bloom from the inside out and keep growing, even when it’s hard to see progress. I trust that You are doing something new in me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
